Research that matters in the real world.

The So What? Lab conducts applied behaviour analysis research that extends beyond the laboratory and into everyday life. We partner with individuals, families, schools, workplaces and community organizations to answer one simple question: So what?

Built on science. Focused on meaning.

We believe the true value of research isn't measured by publications alone. It's measured by the difference it makes in people's lives.

Our work explores practical solutions to real world challenges using evidence based approaches grounded in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Every project is designed with impact in mind, helping people develop meaningful skills, improve quality of life and create lasting change.
